The state of Nebraska allows the sale of unpasteurized dairy OFF FARM ONLY!
We have a very indepth waiver we require anyone purchasing our milk to sign. There is always risks with unpasteurized dairy and we take it very seriously. We do milk by hand. We make our own teat spray and udder balm out of all natural ingredients. We use old fashion glass milk jars. Glass is preferred due to not taking on any taste, can be sterilized easily, is reusable, and glass cools and keeps the milk colder.
We sell milk, cream, homemade butter, & homemade fresh mozzarella cheese.
These items are very limited and not always available. We are fair weather milkers and allow our cows to have the winter months for their dry period. Our milk cow is also grass fed, Sprinkles is a registered Jersey being an A2/A2 producer.
